Two years ago, we launched Career Days with a simple idea: create a space where anyone curious about water and WASH careers could learn from practitioners doing the work. Last year, that vision reached over 700 participants across 80 countries. This year, we’re building on that momentum with new sessions tackling the questions you asked for.
From March 3-5, join us for five virtual sessions designed around one goal: supporting your career journey in water and WASH. Whether you’re exploring the sector for the first time, navigating challenging times, or future-proofing your skills with emerging technology, we’ve built this program with you in mind.
What to Expect:
- Diving into Water & WASH Careers (March 3, 15:00 UTC) – For anyone considering or starting out in the sector
- Resilience for Challenging Times (March 4, 13:00 UTC) – Practical strategies for navigating uncertainty
- AI’s Impact on Water & WASH (March 4, 15:00 UTC) – How emerging technology is reshaping our work
- Women’s Peer Learning Sessions (March 5, 9:00 & 15:00 UTC) – Two regional sessions for connection and shared learning
French and Spanish interpretation will be available for select sessions, because global participation matters.
Why This Matters Now
With funding challenges, political shifts, and rapid technological change reshaping the development sector, these conversations are more relevant than ever. Career Days isn’t just about inspiration—it’s about practical guidance, real examples, and peer connections that continue long after the sessions end.
